Radford's Portfolio

About Me

I am currently pursuing my Web, Mobile, and Game Development Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Degree and I plan to graduate in May, 2028.

Hi my name is Radford Duprey and I welcome you to my portfolio page. About me a little: I am a husband and a father to three beautiful kids. I spend almost all of my spare time with them and my wife. In my spare time I like to watch movies and play video games when I can. I am just starting into the world of coding and cannot be even more excited about the prospect of building myself a career in this field! I am looking for somewhere long-term and build my resume up even more so than what I have now; always striving to better myself particularly in this rewarding field of coding! Thank you for taking the time to visit my portfolio!

Goals for after graduation

  1. The number one goal I have is to have a career in coding. I'm 37 and I'm wanting to settle into a role. It's pretty serious for me to have something that I can be proud of.
  2. Piggybacking off the first point this career's purpose is to bring home the bacon, so to speak, for my family.
  3. I would like to start anywhere in the coding business, start small and work my way up. Someone mentioned Data Analytics as a decent position to try to work toward.
  4. To further my knowledge in coding as I do find it interesting!
Languages I KnowExperienceMy Favorite Assignments
HTMLBeginnerLost Unicorn Form - An excellent assignment to practice my form knowledge. I had a great deal of fun with this assignment learning about forms inside the HTML format with all the quirkiness therein.
CSSBeginnerDifferent Form Styles - Similar to the last one, however there's a great deal of CSS experimentation here. CSS is quickly becoming my favorite to tinker with and I wonder if JavaScript/jQuery will be just as fun if not more so!
PHPBeginnerGuild Assignment - My coup de grâce, I have spent the most time working on this website. I have utilized my knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript/jQuery on this site. I also am the designer of this website and am very proud of it! Enjoy!
